Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do our best to provide all relevant information and specifications for all of our products. Please choose your item carefully as we will consider the circumstances of a return that is not due to a fault before we refund your payment.
International Orders
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for international orders once they have been processed or dispatched due to import duties, taxes, or custom charges applied by the destination country.
If a parcel is refused and successfully returned to us in original condition, we may review the order for a partial refund. Any shipping costs, return freight charges, custom fees, duties, taxes or carrier handling fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount amount where applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
