Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates

Within New Zealand  - Friday, 18th of December

To Australia - Monday, 7th December

To the Rest Of The World - Monday, 30th November

 

Shipping policy

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm (noon), Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following week.

New Zealand Shipping

Delivery within New Zealand is free.  We dispatch all orders within New Zealand through Courier Post without signature required. If you have specific delivery instructions, please enter this information at the checkout. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We offer delivery using NZ Post, Aramex and/or NZ Couriers.

International Shipping is free. All international orders are fully tracked and have a delivery target of 3-14 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, custom taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated. 

M&H Manuka Honey is not responsible for delays, customs processing, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

If an international shipment is refused due to customs charges, duties, or taxes, any return shipping fees, custom costs, or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled due to customs duties or import charges being applied.
